    Simon has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 35 years, across high profile restaurants in both Sydney and London including ARIA & Bennelong Restaurant.

    Simon has won many awards for excellence including gold medals from both Torquay International Festival of Food and Wine and The West of England Salon Culinaire.

    Darren, representing Harris Farm Markets, will create a surprise dish from a Mystery Box of Harris Farm produce.

    Darren O'Rourke is a chef turned butcher. He's spent the last 25 years between the kitchen and the butchery and has a real curiosity for learning and thinking differently. 

    He believes butchery and cooking are crafts that work perfectly together and given the right approach, will always push us to be better cooks, butchers and ultimately better and more conscious consumers.
